Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have a right change your order at any time prior to your order being processed or within 7 days of receipt of the purchased product.
In doing so, you are entitled to return the product in exchange for another product of the same value. Kindly note that we will not refund additional shipping costs other than the standard cost that apply.
After the order has been processed, you are entitled exchange your purchase within 7 days from purchase date.

Dizz Buildings, 5, Carob street, Santa Venera (the “Address”). Postage or shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded.
Please be aware that we will only be able to provide you a credit note in the case that:
- The item is returned in all of its original packaging together with the original invoice; subject to the approval of our returns team.
- We will not be able to refund or exchange any unleased products which would not be suitable for resale for hygiene reasons such as swimwear, earrings, underwear.
- You provide us with notice in writing at returns@thefashionko.com that you are cancelling your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, which noticed in writing
should include:
- Whether you would like to exchange your items purchased
- If you would like an exchange, which products from our website you would like in exchange;
- You observe your duty of care to ensure that items are not damaged whilst in your possession, and return the item in the same condition it was in prior to delivery;
- We will not be held liable for any diminished value of the goods and reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned in a damaged condition.
When an item is returned in terms of the conditions set out above, a credit note will be provided within fifteen (15) days of the order being received at our Address. Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any damage or loss which may occur during delivery. All delivery charges will be borne by the sender.
Refund of Faulty Items
We are committed to providing you with the best quality of services and product, but in the unlikely case that you receive an unsatisfactory product, we would be happy to assist you. For assistance, contact us at returns@thefashionko.com Should you find that your product is damaged, defective, or not delivered, we can arrange for the item to be replaced or exchanged at no cost to you providing you send proof of the damaged item upon receipt of the parcel.
